Harissa is a hot chilli pepper paste made from roasted red peppers, serrano peppers, garlic and other hot chilli peppers plus a blend of spices and herbs. This hot aromatic paste is spicy and fragrant widely used in North African and Middle Eastern Cuisine as a condiment or added to flavour stews, soups or couscous.
Ingredients: red hot pepper (87%), garlic, coriander, salt, caraway, acidifier: citric acid (E330)
