Product Description
Pudding Rice is a short-grained white rice used for making rice pudding. It should give a soft, creamy, slightly sticky result.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (Hob Method) 1. Add 100g pudding rice, 850ml milk and 150ml double cream to a medium, non-stick saucepan and stir well. 2. Place the saucepan over a medium heat, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. 3. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Stir occasionally to stop the rice from clumping together. 4. When the rice is soft, remove from heat and mix with fruit or jam.
