Middleton's Meat Glaze Marinade, an authentic Butchers style coating mix. A free flowing powder designed to be applied to raw meats or wetted vegetables that will turn into a rich sticky sauce like marinade. Simply dust over and leave to stand for 15 minutes or for best results place meat / vegetables in a bag with the mix and shake until evenly coated, remove from bag and allow to stand for 15 minutes for the rich sticky marinade to develop. Oven Bake, Grill or BBQ as normal avoiding a direct flame. With a massive range of flavours from mild through to spicy there's something for everyone, these are just perfect for BBQ season or if the British weather doesn't want to play ball, cooking indoors in the oven or grill.

Directions
