6 sheets for 500 ml of liquid simply soak in cold water, leave to swell for 10 minutes, squeeze with your hands, dissolve in a little liquid and stir into the food. Done! If you consider the three golden rules, nothing can go wrong: 1. Do not boil leaf gelatine. Otherwise, it will lose its gelling ability. 2. Do not freeze gelatin mass. This prevents geling. 3. After squeezing, first add a small part of the liquid to the leaf gelatin and stir until smooth. Only then add the remaining liquid.
