Jasmine Fragrant Rice has proven so popular with Restaurants and Caterers. Made from AAA Quality Thai Fragrant Jasmine Rice, scented rice is a worldwide favourite. it's not only great flavour, but great value too! Jasmine rice is originally from Thailand and is commonly used in Southeast Asian cooking. This is a long grain variety of rice that has a subtle floral aroma and a soft, sticky texture when cooked. The grains are also shorter and thicker than basmati rice.

Directions
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil for every 1 cup of rice. 3. Add the rice to the boiling water. 4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. 5. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
