The MAGGI Gluten-Free Vegetable Bouillon powder is an ally for any chef. Creating great-tasting food, with ease, use as a seasoning or stock in gluten-free dishes.
Virtually fat and saturated fat-free as prepared, this versatile Gluten-Free Vegetable helps you create tastier dishes. Not only is it virtually fat free, but it is also gluten-free, bain-marie stable, freeze/thaw stable and microwaveable. This gluten-free vegetable bouillon has been created with ease and flavour in mind, so that no chef has to compromise on taste, but can save on time.
Comes in a reusable and re-sealable plastic tub which is freezer, dishwasher and microwave safe.
Ingredients
Salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, flavourings, sugar, yeast extract, parsley root powder, palm oil, leek, turmeric, garlic, acid (citric acid)
Directions
Bring 1 Litre of water to the boil. Remove pan from heat and whisk in 65g mix. Then, simmer for 2 minutes.
