Sacla Italia Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto is a sauce that blends fragrant Ligurian basil, Italian sun-dried tomatoes, Grana Padano cheese and, as with all great Pesto sauces, crushed pine kernels. This Pesto will add a burst of Italian flavour to your favourite meals. The sweet and satisfying taste of our Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto is perfect paired with chicken kievs, fusilli and chorizo, or even a comforting cottage pie
Ingredients
ingredients: tomato puree, sunflower seed oil, italian basil (10%), cheeses ( MILK)(medium fat hard chees, parmigiano reggiano PDO cheese, pecorino Romano DOP cheese), sun dried tomatoes(4%), peppers ( SULPHITES), CASHEW NUTS, carrots, pine nuts, acidity regulator: lactic acid; extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt.
Directions
Spread over the base of a tart, top with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Stir through freshly cooked pasta (such as conchiglie pomodoro) and top with grated parmesan. Can also be spooned into soups for extra depth and warmth.
