Lee Kum Kee plum sauce is an excellent dipping sauce for roast ducks or any roasted meat dishes. Made from quality Chinese plums, ginger and chilli. Great dipping sauce for egg rolls and other appetizers. Also great for stir-frying. It contains wheat and soybean.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Sugar, Salted Plums 25% (Plums 78%, Salt), Water, Rice Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates), Ginger, Chili Peppers, Stabiliser [Xanthan Gum (SOYbeans, WHEAT)

Directions

Use as a marinade for pork ribs. The sauce is also suitable as a dip for fried duck and other meat dishes as well as for refining desserts.
