Can be used as external for massage or as cooking oil. Available in 100 ml.

Directions

Use as a cooking oil at low to medium heat for frying, sautéing, or baking. Do not heat above the smoke point to prevent burning. Can also be taken internally. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 6 months. Contains avocado, which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.
