Product Description
Beluga lentils are tiny, round, black and shiny, resembling caviar. Their mild, slightly sweet flavour makes them ideal for salads, soups, chilli and stir fries. A good source of fibre and protein. It is gluten free and suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Beluga Lentils.
Directions
Soak lentils for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Boil for 20-25 minutes or simmer for 30-35 minutes until tender. Drain and use in salads, soups, chilli, or stir-fries. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 12 months.
