Creating endless combinations of thick, smooth frappés is made easy with Sweetbird Liquid Frappé Base. This base blends perfectly with any number of Sweetbird products, from fruit filled purées and smoothies to the creative and classic flavours of Sweetbird syrups. The neutral base allows other ingredients to burst through while giving frappés a silky smooth consistency. With only two pumps needed for a 12oz drink Sweetbird Frappé base adds a little sweetness, and in true Sweetbird fashion is approved by The Vegan Society, making it perfect to use with non-dairy milk and espresso for a house frappé.

Ingredients

Water, Sugar, Thickener: Cellulose Gum; Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate; Natural Flavouring.

Directions

Fill a cup with ice, pour milk or milk substitute over the ice, blend. Add 2 pumps (20ml) frappe base along with a flavour of your choice. Blend until smooth

Safety Warning

For optimum shelf life, keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Once opened, the frappé base should be kept closed with a pump or by replacing the cap and best used within 6 weeks.
