Humectant: (Glycerol -E422), Bulking agent: (Propylène glycol - E1520), Gelling agent: (Silicon dioxide - E551), Colour: (Tartrazine - E102), Water, Colours: (Brilliant Blue - E133, Ponceau 4R - E124).

Directions

Add gradually into various different mediums e.g. buttercream, sugarpaste and royal icing to achieve strong vibrant colours.
